Level 6 Rules and Opening Tasks
Before starting Level 6, know these hard rules:
- Party poppers do not function — Inventory poppers are greyed out or ignored.
- PETAPETA chases actively after major puzzle milestones, not only post-ofuda.
- Revives are capped — Usually two Robux or earned revives per run; otherwise restart.
- Onigiri still works — Strongly recommended for sprint segments.
Initial objective: collect four colored shape blocks from lockers in the first major room. Open every locker — blocks hide in random slots alongside decoy items.
Block Door and Fire Sequence
Match blocks to the colored shape slots on the sealed door — colors and shapes must align physically before the door opens. Wrong inserts waste time during calm windows only; hunts interrupt placement.
After the door opens, PETAPETA immediately begins a chase phase. Sprint through the corridor toward the fire room. Locate a fire extinguisher, clear the blaze blocking progress, and grab the first candle visible in the corner.
Navigation tip: memorize which turn leads back to the main table area — you will loop between left wing safe rooms and central candle holders multiple times.
Candle Puzzle and Mask Safe
You need five lit candles total:
- One candle already sits in a holder in the main table room.
- Others spawn after fire clearance, inside a mask-image safe, and in adjacent wings.
The mask safe sits in the room left of the fire-cleared area. Rotate dial sections until segments form a complete mask image — not numeric HUD codes. Inside is another candle.
Place all candles in holders around the main area, equip the Dusty Lighter, and light each wick. Successful lighting opens the next corridor — triggering another chase.
See our Beat Level 6 guide for candle holder layout descriptions and mask safe rotation direction tips.
Final Chase and Victory
The ending is an obstacle-course sprint:
- Descend stairs while PETAPETA follows — do not stop to look back.
- Dodge wall arms, falling objects, and narrow beam paths.
- Stamina management wins — tap sprint instead of holding Shift if onigiri is unavailable.
- White exit door at path end completes the base game and banks accumulated Zeni.
Death during final chase sends you back to checkpoint depending on patch — often the candle room or run start. Practice the route without solving candles first in private servers if available.
Congratulations — clearing Level 6 unlocks extended Levels 7–9 and Chapter 2 lobby options for veterans seeking more hotel horror.
